Can anyone tell me what is the warranty period for data cable.
I think outside of europe it's 1Y, however this is usually only accounting for factory defects.
Most cables break from physical strain, like pulling, twisting, bending....
Hi there, different regions have different warranty policies. Wear and tear, physical handling damages are not covered under warranty.

Usually cables wear out due to routine usage and such things are not covered under warranty. You may however try reaching out to customer support @www.oneplus.in/support.

Slow charging and I can't access my files in my laptop through the data cable.
Slow charging could be due to multiple reasons like some dirt or particles in the USB connector in the phone, data cable is damaged.
By slow charging due you feel the charging is taking time or you don't see warp charging icon?
For accessing folders, either the drivers are not installed correctly or the cable is damaged.
