Data network keeps disconnecting in Oneplus 8t via OnePlus 8T Aquamarine Green

    Hello,

    I have been facing an issue related to data network. My mobile data network keeps disconnecting randomly in between. I checked it with same operator on other device but it is working fine there. Please check and fix this. This is happening since last OTA update on Oneplus 8T. I have all correct network settings.

    Have you tried resetting 'data, WiFi and Bluetooth' settings? Be aware this also wipes your known WiFi and Bluetooth settings.

    It is mentioned many times on the forums, only happens to me in certain low signal areas. Once you lose signal, the phone won't recover and you need to restart device. OnePlus don't acknowledge it as far as I can tell. Sell phone or put up with it seems to be the answer.

    @ngahukar im facing this since January, I stopped using op 8T for mobile data just for wifi.. I sent phone to repair 2 times, did 3 SIM changes, 2 different carriers and its still the same.... Next week im sending phone to service again (3rd time) as their costumer support wants to..... I'm owner of 2 other OP phones and this OP 8T is a disaster in mobile service dropping... They know that phone has a problem and they don't do anything!

    I don't think service centres can do anything. This is a software issue. Oneplus has network related fixes in their every OTA update. This is an open issue since long. Guess we have to live with it. Anyway, this is my last Oneplus phone. Not buying these crap again in my life.

    Yes its probably a software problem but this is realy a shame after so.many complains they cant fix this in 6+ months.... I was realy happy with other OP phones but this js realy disaster...

    This problem is so annoying for me bcz whenever the data network disconnects I receive a flash message of data usage on screen which interrupts any activity going on in the phone. Playing game, watching video it pauses it. Then you have to click Ok and it resumes. It is so fustrating.

    My phone just dissconects without warning, and if im not paying attention on mobile service bar up in the corner, I'm simply not reachable.... And I work in health care (COVID ICU) so i need to be reachable 24/7.... So I cant use OP 8T as my main phone....
