When I look in File Manager Date on Folders(Ringtones, Movies,Music,Pictures and DCIM) is 28/08/1970 and folders are empty. I lost all my data, but I still have foto on background, my fotos for contacts. That mean, files are still somewhere, I just can't see them. Even on computer.

Any idea how to fix this?

Linux puts 1970 on lots of things I've noticed. My laptop did the same thing not sure why but when I googled it, it was pretty common

When you erase everything and flash a new ROM, when it boots for the first time it creates the Alarms, Movies, Music, Ringtones, etc folders. Since the phone has not been set up and has not connected to the Internet yet, it creates the folders with a date in 1970, which is the beginning of the time system many OS use. They count the time as seconds that have passed since 1/1/1970 00:00 That's why many OS if they have no date set, put a date with that year on files and logs.

For the programmers here, if you use a signed 32 bit variable to store that (as many operating systems and firmwares do), it will overflow in 2038... Another bug similar to Y2K bug a few years ago.
This should be patched in any device expected to be still running in 2038 ...

I did factory reset and setup from backup 33 days old. But, folders are still empty and with same date. Time machine is good solution, but I need something else.

Does the clock display the correct time? Seems the system counter is on vacation :D.

Tried another file manager? How about downloading something and checking whether the date on the Download folder becomes current? The reason those folders have that date is that nothing is stored in them anymore (they've been reset to 'virgin' :) ). I've seen it as the default timestamp on Parent folders, even when there's recent stuff in sub-folders. Dunno how all yours got wiped though.

Come to think of it, are there any sub-folders?

Well, try this app from the play store, called Undeleter. Another one is Recuva, run from a PC. Easeus has another, but I think you gotta pay (I've had to pay for most of their stuff :D).
