Yesterday I had one green line, but today morning it's gone. Now I have two lines((
Anybody know, is it well reason for store to exchange my OP to new one? Or it will be only warranty repair?

It can be the true, coz it appeared about 8 hours after I put the tempered glass on display.

But I definitely didn't make an hard pressure when putting the glass on. i just put it on the screen and applied a uv lamp.
    Where is my fault?

The glue probably shrinks slightly when cured, lifting the screen slightly in some regions

Well, I think this is all because of glue... Initially, it was two lines, but now there are three lines. Besides the first two lines being bigger and changed color to white (you can compare the photos). I think if it was an odd pressure, the lines didn't change (I removed the tempered glass, btw). What do you think, guys? Can it be the glue got on the display connector pin?

I think it's more likely that a few of the thin pixel lines got severed. Honestly I would also contact the screen protector manufacturer.... This shouldn't happen.

I have been using a UV tempered glass for over a year now... Even replaced it a few times, no such issues here..
Try you luck with a warranty repair, that's the only thing you can do...

Take the phone to service centre.
It's a hardware issue. No glue has strength to bend glass fixed on a alluminium frame, display is well secured under the glass.

Hi guys. So, I took my phone to the warranty service, and they notified me that it would be a display replacement. But how I can be sure that it will be an original display? Is it some method to know that? Thank you!

If you are getting it replaced from oneplus service center it will be orignal only. Also you can ask them to show you your old display. Make sure to check for the finger print scanner after replacement of your screen. Set it up and check.

In my country has not official OnePlus service centre. So replacing of display was made of local service centre from store.
So I'm still looking for information on how to find out information about the hardware. Maybe there is some kind of service code?
