Comparative advertising gives your audience an anchor, something concrete, something they can use as a reference point to better understand the value of your product or service.
If you’ve never heard of Phone A, being told that it’s “good” might not mean much to you.
But if you’re already familiar with Phone B, being told that it’s inferior to Phone A might make enough of an impression to get you interested.
