    You need to pair it using the OP health app. It won't work with normal bluetooth pairing.

    So I just got my band delivered and so far it looks alright. The features are too new to give any feedback on, but I found the initial pairing a bit difficult to figure out. Could've been easier and less time consuming. Make sure you have the health app to pair it with.
    The design looks decent but exactly similar to the oppo band so there's nothing new here. The screen could've been slightly bigger with an edge and bezel less display but I guess for this price it is decent. Overall a decent product and I hope they keep improving it with the updates and optimisations. said:

    Received the band today in the morning. But unable to connect with my Oneplus 7.

    While I was setting it up. OnePlus health app is not able to find my band. I also tried manually pairing the devices but pairing failed.

    I tried all the steps and remedies recommended on OnePlus health app, like my location was on. I had given it all permissions. I also restarted bluetooth and also my phone for extra measure. But still no luck.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Heart rate monitoring is pretty good. It's just been one day so I'll let you know about the Calorie burn after a few days of experience

    My band was delivered today. Does feel like a product from OnePlus. Has the premium touch to it.
    There's definitely a huge scope for additions and improvements via software updates. I hate the app. Doesn't seems like OnePlus has developed the app. It provides very limited control and data
    and there seem to be design errors across the app. I'm sure it can be made much better considering that OnePlus makes the variant of Android which is better than the stock variant.

    Some cons I noticed as of now are:
    ° Charging requires the device to be taken out of the strap and put in the charging module. It is cumbersome and could become loose with time. Magnetic charging would've been a far better choice.
    ° The 'silence' feature for call notifications silences just the band and not the phone. The phone keeps on ringing. This needs to be addressed immediately

    The above picture is from the update screen but the title says charge your band. This is one example of the errors in the app. I request OnePlus to completely revamp the app from scratch. Going with a modified version of Oppo Health app doesn't seem good.

    ° An option for always on display with some AOD centric watch faces would've been great.

    I hope this feedback helps OnePlus to improve 'the best smartband in segment'

    Got my band today.

    I tried to charge and it says 100% charged.
    Been trying to turn on the screen as indicated in the let's get started book but doesn't work.
    Also, it doesn't seem to connect to my phone.

    Please help

    Come on!!!!! Don't you have customers in US, latin america, etc????????

    Is everything just for India???? If you end up releasing a watch and you only do it on india I swear I'm leaving, and never recommending oneplus yo anyone. This is unacceptable.
