Hilarious, copying Oppo doesn't equal "Design". Proof? Band design AND the App are the same. Oneplus needs to stop making a mockery of themselves.

Hi @Eric L. Good to see this wonderful addition to the OnePlus family.
I feel the thought behind the device is great but incomplete.
I like the features but there is not much Wow factor.
The look is good, but not a very distinctive one.
The Charging system is a big NO from me.
So now fingers crossed for the Watch.

The band really feels premium, and I feel this is the first band where I can really buy and wear in office and outside in functions too ... Other brand bands are more childish ( funky types and with kiddo watch faces like Mickey mouse stuff ) ..
But but but , today the band was revealed and asap I get to see reviews from youtubers and other folks on twitter saying they been testing for weeks or so and the band isn't good for battery backup , steps count not accurate, one said sleep tracking in wrong ! I could just see negative reviews which really I don't feel it is in first place, secondly I feel all those bugs can be fixed buly software updates...

Let's see what OnePlus does now to fix this, and I will surely buy it then !

That's a OnePlus on the left and oppo on the right. They are not the same. Or is it the other way around? Idk o_O
Either way, the point is they both are different

    Nice. Some questions though:

So why is it that OnePlus opted to release the band with an obselete way of charging it? Why not a magnetic cable? I mean I am using a Mi band 5. If I choose to purchase this it would seem like a downgrade from it by the charging method alone.

And also, the band would've looked more premium (even if its not) if OnePlus did not use the word "ONEPLUS" but instead used the logo itself on the bottom of the screen. It would look better. Just my 2 cents.
