Defective Charger via OnePlus Community App

    I bought my brand new One plus 8T from T-Mobile a few weeks ago. The Charger never worked. Right out of the box. I took it back to T-Mobile. They told me there was nothing they could do. I have since contacted One plus customer service twice so far. I still don't have a replacement charger. T-Mobile told me the issue was just the charging cable. Still waiting for a replacement. In the mean time I have been using a Samsung cable. I never had this problem with any phone I have ever had until now. Considering going back to Samsung because of this.

    This is a user forum - nobody can help you but oneplus.

    Contact the support via the homepage or insist at your retailer (T-Mobile) for an exchange because they gave you a partial defect delivery.

    Don't you have warranty? That's their responsibility. OnePlus has nothing to do with a phone you bought from a third party.

    As official reseller, your carrier should replace a DOA product.
    If you have a return period still valid, ask for product return.
    If not, a member from NA team, such as Adam Krisko, might be able to help.
