R1604529076632 , via OnePlus Community App , Nov 27, 2020 : I bought my brand new One plus 8T from T-Mobile a few weeks ago. The Charger never worked. Right out of the box. I took it back to T-Mobile. They told me there was nothing they could do. I have since contacted One plus customer service twice so far. I still don't have a replacement charger. T-Mobile told me the issue was just the charging cable. Still waiting for a replacement. In the mean time I have been using a Samsung cable. I never had this problem with any phone I have ever had until now. Considering going back to Samsung because of this.
