    i'm also curious about the battery capacities in the new iphones.

    Maybe,because Apple has highest consumer satisfaction rank then any other company. That's why people,pay a huge price despite low specs. Some people don't really care about specs,they just want an IPHONE! ;)

    Bad news on the battery front though, the iPhone 6s will have a battery capacity of 1715mah compared to 1810mah in last year's iPhone 6. The 6s plus will have a capacity of 2750mah compared to last year's 6 plus which had 2910mah. According to apple their optimizations in the A9 SoC will make up for it but when compared to the oneplus one, iPhone 6 plus didn't even come close.

    I guess i'm passing on the 6s series of phones. when is apple going to learn?

    GSM arena changed it. they originally had 1gb ram listed. an apple employee on reddit confirmed the change. thats why they changed it. gsm arena is an excellent source for information
