Customer service is so dumb they don't know that they are not shipping product at my location (442701). 1st time experiencing such worst service. Let me do this for you @ " oneplus". Solution : 1) Cancel my order and provide invitation again to order oneplus nord pop up. 2) If you can't help, use amazon (best in terms of online shopping) and ship my Nord from them. 3) Hire some better candidates, who can figure out solutions like this. 4) while outsourcing call center service, pay attention to the service customers are getting. Or else Asus RoG Phone is not too far creating a brand that is worth every penny. From (Was) a OnePlus fan.
