Did you perchance read the OB15 thread, can't see anything peculiar about your situation that required it's own thread.

    Hi all,

My OP3 was uncertfied but after clearing cache and erasing data in Google play store app, rebooting into recovery, cleared cache and reboot again, voilà: certified!!!

Well I remember that my device was certified
Until I uninstalled system YouTube app with a root uninstaller.

You think that got something to do with it?

    One plus 2

    Solution is:

    1. Force stop Google play service > Clean cache and data !!!
    2. Force stop Google paly store > Clean cache and data !!!
    3. Reboot into TWRP - and clean Dalvik cache and Cache
    4. Reboot ! Voala! :)

My OnePlus 3 is Unlocked bootloader and TWRP installed, DM-Verity is red! :)
But Google play store is a Certified :)
    OOS 4.1.3 Stabile

My device had this problem too.
But how I solved it? Of course, I just relocked the bootloader.
Warning: It will hard reset your device (apps and local storage will be wiped clean). And you will have to download everything from the play store again. Please do a backup and copy it (and local files like videos, music) to an external storage or pc.
