Device linked to another account via OnePlus 7T Pro Haze Blue

    I have been using OnePlus 7 and now brand new from Amazon 7Tpro. I cannot avail the benifits it shows device is linked to another account can someone help. This issue is not resolved yet. I have registered it on one plus care too I want to join the red cable club

    No bro only one same account was used for oneplus 7 I got a year extended warranty on that but now I purchased 7tpro and it shows device linked to another account account is the same my phone is new

    Login again in that op7, open RCC and unlink device
    then again login into your new phone and you good to go...​

    same problem here but I take my friends mobile he didn't even link a account when I tried it link it says device linked to another account

    I don't know exactly what to do now because my old op7 is sold I'm not that rich to keep both phone's together still just a trainee navigation officer in merchant Navy (cadet)

    Arghh there is alot of typo errors in my last message actually iam using my friends OnePlus 7t he purchased it 4 months ago he is an illiterate he don't know about redcable club ,OnePlus Id etc he just logged into device with gmail only now iam using it when I tried to login to redcable club it shows the same error as your mobile showing your device linked to another account .

    I'm from Mumbai. The support center is closed they are not replying. Oneplus is very bad at support I asked my friend about this his all phones are connected to the account but my account I cannot add new device no option oneplus 7 was my old phone now I'm using oneplus 7tpro

    I have mailed the oneplus support a dozen times they do not understand the issue btw jus got buds too
