    Hi everyone,

The folks in HQ have been working hard to make the launch of the OnePlus 5T as great of an experience possible for a while now. Make sure you check out the Announcement thread [HERE] to see all their hard work!

We are more and more confident every release that OxygenOS is one of the best OEM softwares out there, and with the OnePlus 5T, it has only gotten better. The amazing thing with Android, though, is it’s open nature, and we are committed to helping the wonderful Developer community that has blossomed and grown alongside Android.

When we launched the OnePlus 3, we started a very interesting tradition, Zero Day sources for our devices. Since then, every device has launched with them, and we are not stopping now!

The device trees and kernel sources for the OnePlus 5T are available now on the OnePlus Github page. Go get them, and make sure to show the community what great custom software you can build!

    All the best!

A quick question from many of us OnePlus 5 owners: will the 5/5T builds be unified like the 3/3T? I've been holding out to hear this news but I have yet to hear it officially. This is something pretty important to the community and it surely made me feel better about my OP3 when the 3T came out. I would love to see it again!

Samsung demonstrates Linux with Galaxy S8 so is that possible to be done with OnePlus 5T?
