I upgraded my laptop couple of days ago to 10 and yesterday i installed 10 on my pc. Looks good so far. Some little driver related issues but at this point it's no surprise drivers need some time to mature. I'm sure everything is ok in a month. Other than that it seems like a realy good OS.

Try to install driverbooster it's free and it searches your drivers and finds the perfect driver files for it! I always use it when I get a clean windows. It finds even the drivers that I cannot find always manually. The program also installs it for you.

I upgraded my Acer Aspire S7 to Win10 and all is fine apart from the trackpad. Can't scroll with 2 fingers etc at the moment and the latest drivers are not helping!

It's not that the drivers would be hard to find but the manufacturers just haven't done them yet for everything. Like win10 drivers for my sb x-fi xtreme audio are coming in september according to creatives web page. All the latest hardware propably have working drivers already but some of the older hardware are still lacking.

Upgraded my laptop with a clean install, but waiting on my desktop! Enjoyed using it so far, nice ui, pretty quick. Bit glitchy at times still but nothing off putting!

What you also can do is try to find the windows 8 / 8.1 drivers and install that with the compatibility option in windows 10 :) that worked for me with some drivers

Not really. The last one I found good was XP (and maybe 7). IMHO Vista and 8 was worse than crap. Never tried 10 yet. But I live happily with Mac OSX and Linux.

    Well... read this:

Now... you should begin wonder what else hasn't been discovered yet.

Install Windows 10 and your personal data and OS use habits are up for sale. The OS is not free at all. MS is harvesting your personal information (even WiFi passwords and BitLocker keys become "theirs"). you can turn some/most of it off... but.. you have to go find it and opt out of everything you've been opted into without your explicit permission.

Yeah it's a little cleaner and easier to read.

Also it took a little while to find my second monitor. Not sure why, most likely driver issues.
