Aaron2017 , Mar 27, 2022 : Hi, that setting is called "lightning start". You can find it in the settings of the games app itself, open games app>settings>scroll down until you see that setting

muchtoonice , May 13, 2022 : The only way I've found to turn off the Quick Startup is to disable the "Gaming" stuff in general. If you go to the settings app and search "App Enhancement Services" and turn it that off, the Quick Startup will no longer bother you. It will also disable the gaming overlay and optimization in general if that's something you care about.
D1642416468930 , via OnePlus 8T , May 18, 2022 : Guys I've found the answer! It's not on the normal settings, no. Go to 'Games' app! Then see the top right hit the three dots and settings. Scroll down and you can disable 'lightning start' on the 'other' section Weird these settings can't be found on the normal settings page nor through the search function. Would be helpful if that was added to a future software update! #suggestion
