    I bought the 8T right after the airing of the release and today while still trying to buy a case I find under bundles a POP UP offer you do not see when buying the phone under phone options. They included two case a $99 card and the ear buds free for the same price. I talked to support and got blown off and apparently my new phone just shipped so they cannot swap it out for the POP UP bundle. I am at a loss of words truly, I have bought 10 phones from One Plus and they hide an offer like this from buyers? Why?

    I am half tempted to buy the bundle now and refuse delivery of the 1st order. What are your thoughts?

    One Plus as a bundle hidden on their site for the same price as the phone with the Mystery Option called the "Pop up Bundle". It comes with Case and ear buds.

    If some people are getting Ear buds and a case and others are just getting a water bottle, then OnePlus has really screwed up.

    I just received my OnePlus 8t preorder (not pop up box) 99$ gift - useless water bottle. Returning mine, they ****** up and ruined their image, hope it will get traction on twitter when more people will start getting theirs.

    Same, I'm astounded by the incompetence with this launch. I just got my 8T about 20 min ago and I'm already returning it. It came with a water bottle as the "$100 free gift". Now I see a pop-up deal for the same price I paid that comes with a case, buds, and a gift card. This is insanity to rip off your most loyal customers. What a slap in the face.

    And at least in US pop up boxes are out of stock and were not available when I did my pre order.

    I'm in the US too. The pop-up wasn't available when I ordered either. I would have jumped at that deal. I'm so sad that I need to find a new phone company. My whole family has used the oneplus since the 3. The 8T was the 8th phone we've purchased from this company. Now I'm returning it and done with them. The customer service person didn't care whatsoever about why I was returning it or why I was upset. That's the true mark of a company that has jumped the shark.

    I've tweeted OnePlus support OnePlus the CEO OnePlus USA and nothing even mention I think they may have broken consumer protection laws by falsely advertising a $99 gift when they clearly sell it on their own site for $27. Even hit up their Facebook page and it's crickets they clearly don't care at all.

    Any idea where I can get one of these water bottles? I did not get one with my 8T (ordered within seconds of the phone being available after launch) and if they are the same as the one which was given out in the raffle recently, they look pretty cool. My free gift was a sandstone bumper case.

    Would have rather gotten a case. It atleast would have had some use and been less of an insult.

    Oneplus has lost their way since Carl left.... They have Settled.

    I was hoping for a case and maybe best case scenario Buds Z but nope I got a Water Bottle. The issue is not the flask it self but the fact that the PopUp option was not available for the loyal and diehard fans. #TeamFlask

    Overwhelming disappointment with the dishonest and deceptive business practices that punished loyal users that ordered 8T early with a trash "$99" water bottle. Customer forever lost.
