    It's your money bro that you spent on device. Go for a call in the replacement period even if it's a minor issue .

    My man, I suggest returning it... I'm writing now from my OP8Pro and this was also supposed to get fixed with the updates. Do far the updates are useless. Aaaand watch out for the black crush in video or photo content.... I compared same Netflix video at exact same second at max brightness on both OP8Pro and on my LCD display from iPhone SE (the one released in 2016....) and it's totally iPhone SE win.... I could not believe it!!! at first I thought that maybe the videos are just darker on Netflix and I just didn't notice until then, BUT NO, it's because of OnePlus defective OLED display (which is technologically better than LCD), can you imagine?!?!
    I want so bad to go to android that I will buy a Samsung with Exynos (I would prefer Snapdragon as it is better but this is the state in which OP has taken me to)
    My wife's Samsung s9 has a OLED display and it's better than on my OP8Pro.... I performed these tests only a couple of minutes ago with the latest OP patch...
    VERY disappointed in OP for this

    I honestly don't think it's a big enough problem at this point but will this tint get worse? this is how my phone looks

    happens only in gray background at a certain% brightness and nothing in White or pitch black.

    Nord BIG ISSUE
    In almost all google apps ,there is a problem.
    Firstly i will tell you my settings -
    1.) Adaptive brightness is off
    2.) Screen Calibration is set to VIVID which was default
    3.) 40-50% brightness
    4.) Sleep is set to 10 mins
    5.) Nothing changed in OnePlus laboratory like dimming feature and yes i cannot find it the laboratory in nord.

    The problem is the display auto dims after 2-3 secs of inactivity and brightness up again after touching it. It's actually quite irritating.
    I actually cannot surf internet on google chrome due to this problem.

    So i want to know that this problem is to every nord which can be fixed by software update or it's just me having the problem (Some display manufacturing defect might be,will go for replacement/return if any)

    In almost every google app, i am having this problem.
    Google Chrome ,Gmail and Goole Drive TESTED, all are having this problems.
