    I have an issue with A SERVICE request. I raised a display issue with my one plus tv via the one plus care app on October 18th. After 4 days since the request was not moving forward, I contacted one plus support and they said it will be resolved by the 27th. Nothing happened as of today and when I contacted the team again they are saying that I cannot raise a request via one plus care app and it should be raised from their side. The customer support guy is saying that the request has been raised but I didn't get any email and there is no place to check the status of the request.

    To be frank OnePlus CS is the only place to report this. This being a user forum, there's no point in reporting here expecting that OnePlus team would read this and take any action.
    But however if you share your Complaint ID, being the community expert I can try to escalate the issue to the Admins and hope that they resolve your issue soon.

    There are actually two reference Ids as of now.
    The one I raised from one plus care app: NDKL4G4LCSE6
    The new one which was given by customer support: 211027-007837

    Hey Venki... How did the process change so quickly? I mean can you give some insight into that? Till last week they said that is should be done via one plus care app. How did it change so quickly?

    I don't think there is any mail ID to contact them. And you cannot create a new thread as your account is newly created. For the first 15 days you can create only in "Starting Point" section. You can find more info about it here

    I am not sure exactly but my guess is that they sometimes keep the service requests halted through Care App due to shortage of manpower or so and take requests only through call. May be that's the reason as even Diwali is also nearby. It's just a guess though.

    Hey. They have rejected the service request. They are saying that I should bring the TV to them as they do not have the manpower. How am I supposed to do that? Please advice.

    I raised the first ticket on the 18th of October. According to the emails sent by amazon at the time of purchase the warranty is up to November 4th. But the technician has not yet visited. It should not be an issue, right in the case of my warranty?

    No... don't share your personal info here. And anyway, detailed location wouldn't be required.
    And regarding the warranty, technically it should be ok as you raised request before the expiry of the warranty, but can't keep any hopes on OnePlus service. Anyway, as the community expert I will try to raise your case issue to them and request to look into it.

    Okay understood. Anyway, there is a two-year warranty for the display. So it should not be an issue in any case. what is the next step if they don't repair the TV?

    There's no next step.. You have to keep following up for them to do it. Meanwhile I am trying to find the same from my side if asking the user to bring the TV is the right way and if they can push the technician to do the needful.
