    I can't really suggest anything that hasn't been said already but I though I'd just share some advice nevertheless. Never close your dispute on PayPal because a company say they can't do it while the dispute is open, as this is akin to you accepting responsibility. The company should be able to sort out your issue and will communicate with PayPal and only then if you don't get a refund or replacement from the company PayPal will refund you

    Well, I'm a pragmatic person and there's not much more to add. If your device is faulty you fill an RMA and wait for OnePlus to get back to you. The process is pretty much the same everywhere.

    Oh, I oversaw some particularities.
    OnePlus support does that sometimes. They normally tend to say there's humidity in the device, you just have to fight for your turf and keep saying the device was never opened.
    You messed up the timing, you should have threaten with a Paypal dispute later in the process. Now by canceling the PP dispute, you basically screwed yourself and you're at OnePlus mercy.

    I think, the forum just by itself is a great marketing tool and they surely know how to SEO it really well.

    They certainly do. Rarely has a company being able to built up a loyal and devoted fanbase in such a short time span. OnePlus is the exceptional one.

    I would try to speak to someone because I didn't know they're was a sticker either still don't. They just made me take a bunch of pictures. Ask them to send you proof phone was tampered with. I know it sucks but be persistent if you have to be. Let us know what happens
