The problem only occurs when I'm in a call/conversation and someone sends me a message on Facebook messenger, then the notification sound is loud and distorted. The problem occurs while using a headset and taking in the phone regularly without headset. There's no problem with notification sound, or the speaker in general in other scenarios, I have only experienced this in a call. In my eyes, this is not a hardware problem and I suspect that an app is somehow causing the problem.
