It is possible. To be honest I just shared once over Twitter. That's all. Ok, maybe I take an invitation in a month maybe later than the other people who shared but it's ok for me.

Probably 20% are real. This list started before the phone was even revealed. How many still want it after? Then you have 80% fake emails.

I don't like the way the invite system is going. The reservation system is a confusion system. I want to get this phone and was 69,000 then I signed up. Now I am 100,000 and growing. I read about people using fake or extra email address to boost there way on the list. There must be a way to do the sign up fairly.

I guess the real number is about 200.000 and nothing more.
And I also bet that OnePlus used this kind of reservation list bump system to just raise the number so the news actually spread thse wrong numbers.

I guess around 400.000 people are actually in this list and what you're saying could be true and could be again one of their 'marketing strategies'. They have a hell of team in that marketing office

I will say 80% is fake id or friends id entered on request of friends only not for invite. Max 2-3 lakh people really want invite and oneplus 2.

Most of them are bots or just spammers. So i think in reality there is only around 10% or 200K people who actually is going to buy the phone.

look at all the articles about hacking the reservation list. now add to that the amount of people that put their name "just in case" they will want to buy it and there you go. i will be amazed if they even come close to 1/4 of that number.

I think this new oxygenOS sounds good because it combines the best of pure android and the customisability from cyanogenmod. Good aesthetics and personalisation is great :)
