I got my unit yesterday, and have some issues. Not very noticeable if not in low light, but it's there...

    Snapdragon 865 >>> Exynos 990
Plastic body, throttling issues, slow charging
If you can live with these so yeah it's fine.
Every phone has its pros and cons. You need to decide what you need the most. Spend wisely.

Last question do green tint, black crush, black bar can be ignorable for our daily driver? Or there is any big impact of those like while watching YouTube, playing games bla bla bla....

This can be answered by someone who has the device and experienced these issues. As per my knowledge maybe very low brightness has such issues sometimes but it's not be a very big deal.

The best deal on Amazon in India is the Samsung Galaxy S20+. The 8GB/ 128GB variant is available for 50k, and with bank discounts and cashbacks, for a net price of 47k. The 8T cannot match the S20+ in terms of camera or display quality. Unless you have a specific reason to stick with OnePlus, you should go with S20+.

Those issues are either not really noticeable, or have been fixed with a software update. You really shouldn't bother about them. Unless you have a problem with Samsung software, or you specifically need OOS for certain reasons (like I do), you should go for the S20+.
