ONE PLUS is removing the audio jack. seriously? I mean seriously?? why ? how could you do so? cmmon its not a big issue to have a small audio jack on the bottom of the fon. you And you guys are saying " its the right time" "55% of user uses the typ-c port for audio lintening". "we will increase battry" ok i agree.. But do you know ONEPLUS where you actually stand? i can strongly say among those 55% user hardly 20% will use ONEPLUS devices majority of them uses apple or samsung. but where OP excells in the rest 45% among them almost 50% uses OP devices. ONEPLUS a brand is for selling good mobile phones in a justified price. its the main usp and we appreatiate it highly. from a mediocre family we expect our buy should be worthy enough. Now we find the OP is such a brand which gives authentic handset in a justified budget. " ITS JUST ONLY THE PHONE FOR THAT WE PAY FOR NOT FOR THE LOGO OR THE THE BRANDING"
if u can understand us then decide what the mass is opting for. I can assure you 90 out of 100 people in india uses traditional headset (3.5mm) ovr the typ-c. Dont try to be oversmart as if you are the top selling brands NOW. it can change in any moment. there are several brands breathing in back expecting for a wrong decession or step.

If you where up to date you would have known that chinese phones are among the best these days especially Xiaomi.
They make great stuff, durable and technically advanced.
Look at the durability test of the Poco F1 and say again about cheap plastic ...

I was really looking forward to upgrading my 5T but without the headphone jack it seems like more of a downgrade. The headphone jack was one of the things I loved that OnePlus didn't budge on. Also, I can't go back on my word. I've always been an advocate for the headphone jack, I'm not just going to throw that away because my favorite company made the wrong decision.

the phone jack is a must for me. it is me, the customer, to select what head phone, especially wireless phone could not give same sound quality a high end head phone can give. That option push me to think of other bands which can keep the jack.

I 100% agree with you. I was really looking forward to the One Plus 6t but now its not even an option. People that are happy with this change are just fanboys. People who think they couldnt add a headphone jack because of the new features they wanted to add only have to look at the Galaxy S9 to be proven wrong. One Plus’s motto is “Never Settle” But they just did. 41% of one plus fans now feel betrayed. I guess the biggest mistake i made was thinking One Plus wasn't just a hand me down company of Oppo products.

I am using the 5T at the Moment. Why should i "Upgrade" to a phone wich has less features? Jack is must have in a phone, especially when you can't get the bullets wireless for half a year after it's release.

I actually figured out that 6T will not have a jack in this thread. I really planned to buy one but now...

no, i just said that i will skip the 6T. If enough people will complain about it, the headphone jack maybe comes back in the oneplus 7 since they listen to the consumers
