    Il y a presque soixante mille habitants contents, dont beaucoup de touristes.
    • "contents" (glad, happy, satisfied, pleased) could be replaced by "heureux" (happy) or by "satisfaits" (satisfied);
    • "dont beaucoup de" (these tourists are included in the 60,000) could be replaced by "en plus des nombreux" (these tourists are not included in the 60,000, so there are more than 60K inhabitants).
    So there are 4 good translations depending on what you want to express.
