    Hi global oneplus,

My name is almog and I'm from israel with my oneplus 7 pro. Thave a warnaty from cellnow that is the official warnaty for oneplus in israel.

After a couple of months after using my phone i could see a burn in in my notification bar. And i asked cellnow if they can fix it because i have a warnaty and they said no: And it makes no sens

Cuz no my phone or nobody else told that low brightness could

prevent burn in and it's my first time i see burn in in a phone.

Sol may ask you if it's really something that cannot be fixed

without paying for new screen. And if I'm right and they should fix that isuse for me in the warnaty maybe you can help me? Because of they are the official warnaty they should work with you.

    Thanks, almog.

Burn-in is never covered under warranty (save for some generous technicians) and will always require payment since you caused it not them.

No, this is a user forum. You will get the exact same response from an official support tech either way however.
