Meh... Never really had problems with ads, so never found a need to use a blocker and as OP mentioned its how the majority of the sites I visit are able to make revenue. I figure if I want the website to continue making the content I enjoy reading, I should support them by not using an ad blocker!

Ok 4 ad banner in app if placed in ok spot, all other i kill or remove app as its crap.
If app developer is so greedy that need every ¢ then make pay only.

The nucance ads shuld be banned from play, or come with clear warning.
Even some big brand games installs of play files that create backdoors in phone out of googles control.

Developers, play nice or u piss users off and no adds will work more...

I don't use them on my phone or tablet. but definitely on my computers. I tried them on the phone and tablet and found it slowed the browsing down just enough to be noticeable. the ads don't really bother me, yet.

I have adaway installed but might not bother if I get an Opo. Or I might if I run out of other things to do.

i dont use ad blockers on my android but i do on the pc. If an application is too offensive with ads i will not use that application. If i like the app and i really want to to support it i normally will buy it and get rid of the ads.

App developer here. I understand why you guys want an ad-free experience, but if you like the app / use it often and they aren't greedy pigs, I recommend that you purchase their ad-free / premium / pro / whatever version to support the developer :)

Using ad block is counter productive, you should encourage ad revenue for the products and channels you like so they can grow and develop. Otherwise you starve the content producers. I only use pop up blocker.
