    I use it to watch films i downloaden from internet. The rasberry pi shows it on the television 20 feet away.

    i would love to play with one or another cheap little embedded platform. either the price needs to come down or the specs need to go up. wasnt that impressive of a price to spec in early 2012, and its a lot worse now.

    Does cubieboard (Raspberry Pi clone) count? I use it as a FreeBSD server for testing purposes.

    I use my Raspi for XBMC and it´s great to view streams. Using my old phone to control it via upnp.

    My younger 14 yr old brother got his Raspberry pi couple weeks ago. Looks like an interesting device with alot of possibilities :)

    Yes, to automatically download all series and movies with Sickbeard/Couchpotato. I also used it as openVPN server for my pc and phone on insecure locations, but now I have a paid VPN.
