Everything that moves the phone further away from the charger slows it down. How thick is it? If it's very thin it should not affect much.

Then it should not affect much. What is your temperatures when charging? (including ambiant temp).
You can for example check charge current with Ampere.
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gombosdev.ampere
There you notice the effect on good vs bad placement on the charger (angle matters).

When discharging you see negative values. The middle one is the current charge/discharge. Left is min and right is max speed. Big drain also leads to slower charge speed of 2 reasons. The discharge speed and temperature being higher.
Depending on battery temperature you could get max speed at 0-30% or something. The higher you go it steps down in current both due to charge level and temperature control. Max should in optimal situations be above 5.5A. 6A is the theoretical max (P=U•I, 30W=5V•6A). On cable I have maxed at about 5.8A. I always charge with a case on and regardless of bedtime mode or not I get far from max speed. Without case it is around 30% faster or so. Compare orginal Sandstone on/off. But my current case is slightly thicker (and should be slower).
Wireless is also more sensitive to heat due to energy losses. So wireless charging could require slightly colder ambiant temperature to compete with cable charging.

At 80% battery level your 2.5A is normal. It goes even lower the closer to 100% you get. You get higher current at lower battery level. Just like when charging with cable.

Check the speed at approx 15% battery level and you will see faster speeds.

As far as I can see so far it looks normal.
When you do a full charge and it feels slow you might want to check the temperature. Temperature could be the cause of it to slow down. That is normal too.

So my charger is normal. No need to visit service center right ??

Without knowing exactly how it behaves at 15% or e v en lower... No. Looks normal from what I can see.
If a full charge heat up the phone the speed will be lower and depending on the ambiant temperature and the heat your SoC produces.

Check your charge speeds at a low battery level. If that too looks normal a slow charge might be as simple as heat limited.

How much should it be when battery is low. Can you explain with an image please as it will explain me better. Was worried but thanks to you

A simplified sample... I drew a line that symbolises charge speed. The first section is max charge speed. Then the higher it goes it steps down.
This is however also controlled by temperature and not just the charge level.

Theoretically you should pass 5A+ depending on how low you go. 5.5A+ perhaps
