    Short Answer: No.

Because there are no 5G network providers in india yet. Also, Until mid next year there won't be one.

Now, did OnePlus consider this during Nord research in india?

I'm excited for the launch but at the same time disappointed.

    Guys, your thoughts on this?

5G is futuristic so why don't you buy a phone which can be futureproof. At the same time if you get a 4G value for money smartphone why would you think a lot???

Problem is future is very uncertain, especially with the india-china relationship getting worse, 5G might not enter India anytime soon. So paying extra for 5G without any use is bit bothering.

Regarding 4G value for money, that is exactly what I am looking. Nord team should have considered that since they are heavily marketing it as a "pretty great price" phone. Let's see. Waiting for 21st.

I guess for the first time, having an advanced tech is making me skip this phone. Common sense vs Excitement [e]1f64f[/e]

If OnePlus really cares about its users, it should have thought about this. If cost could have been decreased for not having 5G chip, that would make a lot of sense.

Well my trust on a OnePlus phone is like that bro. Bought 1+1(reshipped from US) and from then, haven't switched to any other brand yet. Haven't seen any reason to do so also.

I am thinking of buying nord for my better half. She is not tech savvy, that is why I'm super doubtful spending on a 5G phone.

I'm gonna pre-order this anyway. Like you said, what if this one is more value for money than existing 4G phones in the market!

    Hello !

    Don't forget :
    1) the OnePlusOne is 5G, ok
    2) in futur, (next year) you buy a SIM card 5G (to put in your Phone)
    We don't know the price
    3) you choose and pay the network link from operator for your datas
    Wait and see...!
    4) the OnePlusNord is good for only one SIM 5 G and I use 2 SIM...?
    5) update Oxygen... Next time...!

    Best Regard
