Does OnePlus have any escalation matrix or a single point of contact?

    The quality of service provided by OnePlus is of the lowest level on any comparison chart, OnePlus support executives (Twitter/WhatsApp/Call) are completely useless and unaware of the case even after providing the reference IDs they just do random guessing about the case and throw their bullshit all over. OnePlus delivered me a TV and the TV box was opened by OnePlus Installation person and he found the TV is damaged on arrival (DOA) and it's been above 2 weeks now, but OnePlus has not provided a solution on this and neither have they sent the replacement so far, every time I try contacting the customer support, they provide me with completely irrelevant status update which leaves me boiling off and frustrated. Does anyone know the escalation matrix of OnePlus or any single point of contact for OnePlus India support? Kindly help me out.

    Hi there, do you have the complaint number, as a Moderator I can use the escalation mechanism we have in the forum.

    Things may not change overnight but the case might get the necessary attention.

    Hi camohan, thank you for your response, to be honest at present they have provided me with so many reference ids and case ID I'm not sure which one can be used or shared would be the right one, every executive creates a new one and when I follow up on that it turns out it's completely irrelevant to my case.

    Yes Sure, its Case ID: 220108-002903; Case ID: 220112-009432; there are many others, but I'll have to scroll the entire WhatsApp to get each of them. Please see if you can help me using these two case IDs as they are the latest ones I believe. Thanking you.

    No response from OnePlus till now, worst thing is this MC OnePlus support team does not bother also to contact and inform what is going on.

    It's been 17 days since I placed the order, with no information on what they are doing up with my case, I don't know which language they understand surely not the polite one I believe.

    1. There is no customer support here
    2. You are talking to fellow oneplus users.
    3. It violates forum rules.

    Hello, I have zero trust left in OnePlus, they sent me the replacement on 20th Jan, and left me more frustrating, the 2nd replacement which came was also a defective one, I made entire video of the scenario and everything is done by OnePlus engg itself, now they have promised me for the 3rd replacement for which I'm waiting, 24 days have passed till now, neither they are returning me my money, with this quality of product they are delivering how can one trust the brand. I want to buy some other brand but they are saying they don't have refund policy which is more fuming.
