I've been noticing that 60Hz display refresh rate implementation in OP7 pro is much worser than Other phones. I mean it seems like OnePlus purposely messed up the 60Hz implementation to make people prise the 90Hz. Scrolling webpages in chrome appears more smooth in my 3 year old OPX in comparison with OP7 pro 60Hz. Oh come on OnePlus!! any comments on this would be appreciated.

Highly doubtful OP did anything of the sort.
More like that something else, likely in Chrome itself, is going on with your device.

Thats because of your eyes. Eg of PUBG.
I played in ultra fps most of the time. The moment I went to extreme fps, I Cannot go back to ultra now.

Agree, it seems like they did something to show off 90hz smoothness. 60hz is kinda, I don't know the exact word, not smooth unlike other phones 60hz screen. But 90hz is definitely a big deal!
