I need to know since the DragonFly Black & Red require USB Host Mode support in Android/Kernel. I know that you can always use a custom kernel with Host Mode support but that means i can't run official ROM.

Who says using a custom kernel mean you can't use stock ROM? There are a lot of custom kernels of Oxygen OS for the OnePlus 6... you can see if any of them support Host Mode, if not you can ask the devs if they will add it, or compile a kernel yourself with the required feature.

"1] The Android device must be running version 4.1 (Jelly Bean) of the OS, or higher.
[2] The output power on the Android device's USB port should be 5V.
[3] The configuration file android.hardware.usb.host.xml must exist on the Android device in the folder /system/etc/permissions. The presence of this configuration file is what enables USB Host Mode on your Android device."

Seems like condition 3 is not met on OP6.
Maybe with a custom Rom ?
