    txx1219 , Nov 24, 2017 :
I use all the time Open Camera for taking pictures because it offers more options than Oneplus stock Camera.
The issue is when I shoot in RAW mode in Open Camera or any other third-party camera, there is dots everywhere in the RAW photo. There is no such bug in Oneplus stock Camera.
I know that this bug has been submited yet, but I recently discover that is a bug by Oneplus bad implementation of Camera2 !!! See "any other comments" section.

Still waiting for a fix, or at least help for the third-party developers so that they do something similar as the stock app. Thanks.

Third-party developers can't do anything to correct this. This is a issue caused by a bad implementation of the Camera2 API by Oneplus.

1,096 Views and still no verifying status. Your former excuse about dots pattern bug is not relevant because it's your fault Oneplus, not Camera2 API fault or other. Please fix the HAL ! Many phones uses PDAF and haven't such issues like OP5 and OP5T !

@Bob Ong please why only OP5 and OP5T have such bug with Camera2 API RAW ? The Camera1API RAW (used by Oneplus stock camera) doesn't have such issue. No other phones has this issue, even the OP3 and OP3T doesn't have this bug !

How it's possible to advertise 5 & 5t for the camera and leave that problem without solution. A search on the internet is full of comments about this problem. Please OnePlus do something about that.

@txx1219 Maybe you should add stock camera too in the description and not just third party apps (makes it sound more important). Could the oil painting effect be present to mask this dots? Anyone thought of that?
