    The double tap to wake the screen feature is not working on my phone OnePlus 7 Pro. the option is on. and I've already tried restarting the device.

    if you have the ambient tap to wake feature on the double tap to wake gets disabled.

    If you habe the pocket mode turned on and you cover the proximity sensor, then the double tap feature is also disabled. The proximity sensor should be under the display in the top part of the screen.

    I don't think there is "Pocket Mode" on the 7 Pro. If there is, how do you get to it? It isn't under Settings>Advanced.

    The OnePlus 7 Pro has a proximity sensor.
    Watch in the official specs under Basic Parameters and then sensor.

    I know that the Galaxy S10 has one under the display and my Samsung Gear S3 has it too. The tech is ready for it.

    I also have a problem with this. I got my phone on release day from T-Mobile and mine was actually working until about 30 mins ago. I restarted phone, cleared app cache, and even restarted into recovery and cleared cache. Nothing has helped. any suggestions?
