Downgrade from OxygenOS 11 to 10 Oneplus 7t Pro McLeran Apr 14, 2021 via OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition

    Recently I updated my phone to OxygenOS 11 and after that my phone is overheating and battery usage is very high..so I need to rollback to older oxygenos 10 version...what should I do?
    Is it possible to receive more OTA updates for stable OxygenOS 11 updates after downgrading?

    Yes, you'll get OTA after that. Seeing as you're willing to wipe your phone to downgrade, have you considered doing a factory reset first, if you haven't already done so?
    If you still want to downgrade you can use this guide.
    https://www.droidwin.com/rollback-oneplus-7-7t-pro-android-10-oxygenos-10/
    You'll be on the last open beta based on OS10 after this, skip the setup process and ingnore the update the system will give you, and download and install the last stable version of OS10 manually via local upgrade.
    This will also wipe all your data so don't forget to back up everything to a cloud or pc first.

    As long as yours isn't a carrier locked McLaren it should work yes

    But wil it be like with the same skins and the 12 gb of ram optimiced? I mean, will the 7tpro general Firmware apply directly the McLaren features? or will it be like a regular one?

    Tbh, i have no idea. If you've always gotten the same update versions as the regular 7t pro, i would imagine everything being exactly the same as it is now if you downgrade. But i can't be a 100% sure about that

    I did It, and It perfectly worked. Now it's in the oxygen beta 09 and its offering me to update to the beta 5... xS a bit confusing.
    Wouldn't you know how to make it go to a stable version? Thank you very much for your help.

    Ah, yes it takes you to the final beta instead of stable version. Download the one for your region from here and install it via local upgrade.

    This will again wipe data so i hope you didn't set the whole phone up again?
