AlexPlus+ , via OnePlus 7 Pro Nebula Blue , Mar 30, 2021 : How can I downgrade from stable Android 11 OOS to Android 10 on my OnePlus 7 Pro? (I have NO root)
Aaron2017 , Mar 30, 2021 : You can use the rollback build in this link and flash the last OS10 version over that. Back up everything because it will wipe all your data. https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/...-for-the-oneplus-7-and-oneplus-7-pro.1379872/
Bobbie63 , Mar 30, 2021 : also because you will lose all data anyhow downgrading, why not just try a factory reset first and set your phone up as new. Should You still have issues, you can always downgrade.
Blazze , Mar 31, 2021 : FYI, that link reverts to the Beta2 version. Here's the link to download the stable 10 version.
Aaron2017 , Mar 31, 2021 : When i click it it leads to the open beta 1 thread where he can find the rollback builds needed to flash first, otherwise he can't flash the OS10 version you linked.
Txflips , via OnePlus 7T Pro Haze Blue , Apr 2, 2021 : My device always tells me that it's not possible to install OOS 10 because that would be a downgrade. I don't know what to do.
Aaron2017 , Apr 2, 2021 : You'll have to use the rollback builds first if you want to downgrade. You'll find them in this link. https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/...or-the-oneplus-7t-and-oneplus-7t-pro.1379873/ This will wipe out everything so back up first. After using the rollback build, just skip all the setup process and download the OS10 version again and install it via local upgrade
asimsalam , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Apr 2, 2021 : Can someone help me out how to downgrade to Android 10 stable from Android 11 stable on my Oneplus 7 Pro? I tried to download the downgrade file from the Beta Thread and removed the .jar and put it on my phone storage. When i try to do a local update it gives me an error. Anyone having this issue?
znaj , Apr 4, 2021 : Got the same answer. Some idiot recommended the same procedure without testing it first. I ended up bricking my 7Pro and 1+ no longer provide full fastboot images to restore my phone. It says "System Update installation failed"[/QUOTE] It is important to go back to Android 9 first. I finally succeded in unbricking using MSM Tool All in One after disabling Win 10 driver signing check and reinstalling 1+ USB drivers. You will need fastboot zip files. (Google Tool All in One / Fastboot oneplus files) Downloading OOS 10 from 1+ support and doing local upgrade upgraded my phone. Now I am finally running OOS 10 again and having backed up before fiddling and restored using OS Switch I am happy again.
