Actually that's a good thing and I actually hope to get an invite after a month or two have passed since the release, by then some problems might be already known and would be a good way to decide whether or not it is worth to get the OP2

I was determined to get an invite, its kind of hard without sounding like your begging. I just entered contests and finally won after about two weeks. I got it for being in the military and the person giving it out was only giving to someone who served.

Yeah, I'm hoping that I can get an invite without having to wait too long. I am sort of late to the one plus bandwagon, but I'm pretty set on getting the one plus two. The release and invite are the only things standing in my way.

Got mine 3 months after joining the forum and posting. I believe the first 30000 users on the forum ended up getting an invite in July or maybe June of last year. I joined during the smash your phone contest.

It took me a month to get it, they were really hard to get at that time. But I was really active, it was last July..

I am using a borrowed phone right now since my SG4 crapped out so I really really need a phone right away. I will wait a few days after July 27th to see if I get an invite. If not, I'll just have to extend my contract with fido and get a free SG6.

If they were smart they would look at the customers who have purchased multiple items from them in the past (higher profit customers) and ensure they get put near the top of the list.

Honestly, the demographic this price of a device caters to is different from other high end devices. The smart move would be to identify multiple item purchasers and see if history will repeat.
