Dry Case for OnePlus from Kathmandu

So, if you are like me and go outdoors a bit you might like a better solution than double bagging your OnePlus in ziplock bags.

I was browsing through Kathmandu and just thought to place my phone in this to check if it would fit. And what you say? Fits like a glove! May be a bit deep but this can be filled with padding or some other thin object you want kept dry.

If you live in the UK or want to buy online here is the product link.

Got it on a 50% sale, too! So, pretty happy. Now I just have to test it outdoors...

Say you went kayaking, or trail running and you end up crossing a river or following a river upstream and climbing past waterfalls. Am I talking to myself and the birds here? Better to have your phone in a dry case, in your backpack, than in plastic bags. Plus, this is better for impacts than a normal dry bag.

Well you'd have your CamelBak with, what, 2L, a few more layers, a rain jacket, basic first-aid kit, and your OnePlus in a dry case, on your back.

I met geocachers once who hiked with a solar recharger and their smartphones because you could have mapping software. Having a smart phone is just useful sometimes. And I'd rather have my valuables with me than leaving them back with my car if I'm a way for most of the day, etc.

Also, daylight readability is great on this if you have the brightness settings set for it. Sure, I'd rather have a waterproofed topo map but this is still useful.

At first I thought you were talking about the city not a shopping site.
