Dual SIM. How would you use it?

Would a dual SIM feature be useful to you?

  1. Yes, I want it!

  2. No, it doesn't make a difference.

  3. It could be useful, but not a priority for me.

It would be extremely useful if one of the SIM slots doubled as a micro ad card slot :)

I don't need it so it's not a deal breaker for me. If OP2 will have it, cool.

You will love it. But don't go in summer. Last time I've been there in August there was 40°C with 95% humidity :(

Yes major priority for me, I nearly went and bought a zenfone2 last week to save me carrying round 2 phones but if its true you are including dual sim, then I have one thing to say! TAKE MY GOD DAMN MONEY!

Just please hope they are micro sim and not nano sim!

    @Cat H

The only reason at all I'd need a dual sim is due to the structure of telecom regulations in my country. Should I goto work in a different state, my home sim is roaming, so I'd need another sim for the work place. Simple logic.

I never really had the need for two sim slots, my carrier at moment is pretty good for data and calls etc in most Europe. Don't travel much or often elsewhere so can manage.

However, it could be handy to have a second line on one phone, like a business number and private number without need to carry two phones, but I'd be concerned about battery life. My Oneplus One gets pretty hammered as it is on one SIM due to signaling.

Now if it was one of those combined micro SD / SIM slots so had the option of extra memory vs an extra SIM then I would find that a very welcome addition as I would opt for the more memory, but if I really needed I could out a SIM too, best of both worlds like the Borg.

I have a pretty bad experience with dual sim phones, that's because most of them are low end smartphone and the dual sim capability is bad managed by the software side.
And personally I think that adding dual sim to the OP2 will make it look like a Chinese cheap dual sim...
But that's just my personal opinion of dual sim smatphones...

Its nice to have, when you are on holiday etc. But, surely this is a question you should have asked BEFORE you locked down the spec???!!!! Give that most people aren't fussed, then really not bothered, and last on your poll are the people who actually want it! OOOoops!

Would rather have microSD in its place, better if it can do both like other phones have done.

How about focusing on other specs/features like adding a microSD slot or the camera.....?o_O

so the device launch is less than 2 weeks away, and now you're asking about dual SIM?

it's a spec leak, or you don't have anything ready to launch yet, or you think we're stupid
