I recently bought my 5t and loving it.
But I am facing an issue as well when I am on call I feel pain in my ears at first I thought it was a software issue but even after update with the os 4.7.4 issue still exists.

    Anybody facing such issue ?

I don't know who really needs a doctor here !!!

If I say I have another phone made by apple which works perfectly fine with the same ears .

but you didn't state that in your start post.

So users advising you to seek medical attention is an appropriate response.
If you think it is device related, then you can certainly contact OnePlus support or visit your local India service centre

You thought a pain in your ear was going to be fixed with a software update?

Hopefully OnePlus includes a fix for my bad knee on the next Open Beta.

    Also, go see a doctor.

The phone has no way to cause you physical pain. As others have said, you should contact a medical doctor instead of blaming the phone.

Now I should give you guys scientific explanation which I hate. It's bcoz of device as the radiation is on a higher level i know they have a certificate for SAR too but some how in my case that is not working higher radiation during calls affects brain which in terms affects ears as well.

I repeat if I had a issue with my ears it was the case with my second phone too..

And if it was a problem with the SAR levels everyone should feel a pain on the ears.

    That's not a scientific explanation, that's pseudo-scientific crap.

Moreover, the SAR value is close to the one on iPhone devices.

aaa i love this hilarious posts, they make my day. Now i can tell you that I am sensitive to the SAR radiation, but this only occurs after 30 min or more of talking on the phone, and it causes heating of the tissue, no pain just sweaty ear and discomfort, and i have faced this issue with the iPhones i have used so far but not the OP 5T

You know what this seems? I could be wrong, but it seems like you are having buyers remorse and trying to find a way to justify the return of the phone.
