Nothing works. Cleared cache, removed and reinstalled SIM. No service, emergency calls only. I’m texting from my IPAD.

Well, hours later. Back on the old version and everything is working great! If I buy a new one plus phone, will I have these issues?

Same thing happen to me today! Going to try and downgrade it now. Why would they do this? I hear an Apple 13pro beckoning me right now.

Before downgrading you can give a factory reset a try

Same problem. Tried a lot of different things that I've seen in these forums. The whole "ShortcutMaster" app. Moving between SIM1 and 2. Restarts. Resets to default on APN. Etc. Finally got mine back. Honestly don't know what fixed it, but the last thing I did was this:
    1. Went to APN settings. Reset to defaults.
    2. Restarted phone.
    3. Cycled mobile data. Still no workee.
    4. With phone on, pulled SIM out.
    5. Restarted phone.
    6. Dorked around, cycled mobile data.
    7. Shut down phone.
    8. Reinserted SIM.
    9. Powered up phone.
    10. Had mobile data back.

Maybe I spoke too soon. It was working for a bit, but since dropped all mobile data. completely goofy non-deterministic behavior.

I also have this issue after the update yesterday, I've tried restarting and reinserting the SIM, cycling data and manually connecting to Verizon, but nothing works. It seems to flicker that I have service for like 10 seconds every 15 minutes or so but then immediately loses all service. Wifi works, but this is a big issue. How do I factory reset without losing all my stuff?

I also have this problem. Everything was working fine for me on Oxygen OS 10. Two days ago, I received the OTA update to Oxygen OS 11. The update appeared to go smoothly, but on reboot I had no network access and the "emergency calls only" message appeared.

I've cleared cache through the bootloader, then done two different factory resets (one through the bootloader), I got a new SIM card from Verizon, but nothing has worked.

I'm looking for some options, as I would like to stay on OOS 11, but I'd rather have a working phone.

There is no way to perform a true factory reset without wiping out all your installed apps and data.

Following the downgrade guide restored my service. However, since it meant wiping my service anyway, I downloaded the Oxygen OS 10 file, then turned off wifi and removed my SIM card before installing. On reboot, the phone prompted me to insert the SIM card. I got full access to the Verizon network, and all my text messages started rolling in.

While the phone was still mostly plain, I was prompted to install the Oxygen OS 11 update. I started the download on wifi, removed my SIM card, then turned off wifi after the download completed. This time, after the install and reboot, I had full access to the Verizon network.

Bottom line is, you can downgrade and stay there, or you can downgrade and try again, but the downgrade was the only fix for me.
