1- Install Logkit applications on our phone. (do not install engineer mod)

2- USB Debugging must be enabled.
3- Install QPST with Qualcomm USB Drivers and OnePlus Drivers on your computer as an administrator. Right click run as administrator.

Note: Chose (WWAN-DHCP is not used to get IPAddress )

After installing all that i would recommend to Reboot your Laptop or PC.
Steps to be made on your phone:
1- Dial * # 800 #
2- Select Engineer Mode. Press ENTER.
3- From the screen that appears. Go to the Oneplus Logkit section. Scroll down a little bit and enter the Function Switch section.
Switch ON volte (cancel the restart) , Switch ON VoWiFi as well .
4- Go to Settings – SIM & Network – SIM 1
Switch ON VoLTE and WIfI calling and do the same for SIM2.
Then Restart your phone.

Actions to do:
1- Connect to the computer via USB, do not select anything (File transfer etc.).
2- Go to C drive on your computer then open the Android file .. in the top address bar type CMD then enter. (just CMD no other words or address should be there).
3- Enter these commands on the CMD screen.
4- Type Code: adb reboot ftm
Enter.
6- Chinese texts will appear on the device, after a while the device will turn on, but there will be no screen.
7- Type Code: adb shell
Enter.
8- Type Code:
setprop sys.usb.config diag,diag_mdm,qdss,qdss_mdm,serial_cdev,dpl,rmnet,adb
Enter.
9- Go or Search the application named (PDC )from the start menu of your computer , find it, right click and run it as administrator.
10- Select the device from the PDC Program, Device section. And wait until you see list.
Find:
Commercial-DT-VOLTE Or Germany Volte
11- Once you find it, Right Click on it.
13- Set Selected Config Option and select the icon you want to activate.
[sub0 = Sim 1 & sub1 = Sim 2] For dual line, you can choose both one by one.
14- After done, Pending text will appear. Then press the text Activate .
15- Finally : on the CMD screen type: adb reboot
Enter.
Your phone will restart with VoLTE and VoWIFI should be showing.
On my OnePlus 8T I lost the 5G , I did the Full steps to Enable 5G for Android 11 on OnePlus 8 series and OnePlus 7 5G:
