    Quick question. After latest update I can't see notifications. All I see is "enter to view message content" under each app when before actual notification were in that spot. How do I go back to regular notification display instead of this crazy privacy crap notifications.

    I tried to look in notifications and privacy settings , I don't see option to hide/show notification contents on locked device.

    I've cleared system settings, play services, switch app lock ON and OFF...nothings working. I'm factory resetting phone and trying an earlier google backup to see if that helps. I'll let you know .

    Okay so I have the answer for this...turn your app lock off

    This is a color OS feature where if your app lock is enabled for an app it hides notifications as well. Disable app lock and it'll work. (because of the codebase merger it's picked it up from color os I think)

    as in disable the package? What is it called because I didn't see it in any of the app lists when I tried to disable it earlier

    Nope the app lock under your settings. You may have used the app lock to lock whatever app it is that is sending notifications you can't read.

    Nah, I stated that above. I knew it was the app locker doing it, but enabling/disabling force stopping, editing notifications; wouldn't change it. I've given up on rolling to stable until its ACTUALLY stable. Honestly this is the worst beta i've ever had from 1+
