Try renaming the file, for example 'twrp.img' and then your command for flashing TWRP will be:
    fastboot flash recovery twrp.img

    Then boot TWRP by typing:
    fastboot boot twrp.img

    Good luck :)

On Your pc enable showing file type after dot, I had problem with it, when I was typing recovery.img because after You rename it it was recovery.img.img, so try to rename it to just recovery without img as file typw

I tried once more with recovery recovery.img and now says flashed recovery ,but phone does not restart in TWRP ? Stay in Fastboot ,i leave it this way until a reply from you guys.

Can i leave fastboot now and restart the phone and then restart in recovery mode ? Because tutorial say :after flashing Twrp ,the phone will restart in Twrp recovery but it doesn't

Tried manually to restart in recovery but starts in stock recovery, however there's improvement, don't get the error:cannot not load recovery.img anymore and adb say ,recovery OKAY but nothing !!

I have flashed Twrp and rooted on many phones but this is a hard one !!!

After flashing, You did write fastback boot (filename)? In ADB command?
Remember about not writing img at the end aswell, You don't get any error?
