    Irritated with contacts display . While someone is calling it takes a minute to display the name of the contact saved and also also to search name in contacts. 8gb ram meant phone shouldn't hang but I am facing this issue.

    this could be a different issue. not RAM. even a mobile with 1 fb of ram also can do it. approach service center.

    Check whether any 3rd party apps with contact permissions, could be the culprit, if the issue is happening recently then surely you have to check the recently installed apps.

    On neglecting the permission, this issue could be resolved.

    Settings > Apps > Application List > tap on three Dots > Reset App preferences > Reset All app.
