    @David S., this was announced in August, supposed to happen in September, but there absolutely no feedback on this.

    Did it happen?
    Did you reach any conclusions?
    What were they?
    Do you consider replicating this kind of event for other topics to get direct feedback?

    Vodafone Portugal only supports a handful of devices, namely Apple and Samsung ones (not even the most recent ones). My guess is that there are network limitations, rather than device limitations.

    I was at the event 2 weeks ago and it was more than amazing. I guess OnePlus need a bit more time to make a summary of it (article, photos, videos and interviews & stuff).

    Anyway, without giving up and spoiling the official thread with what actually happened...

    1) The event was very well structured with nice workshops and discussions between us (the attendees) and the guys from OnePlus (Carl included).

    2) A lot of the key points and problems were met with great suggestions (from both sides) on how to improve the customer service in the future.

    3) In my personal opinion, when talking about certain problems I had in the past with some of the staff, they were well known and actions were already in place to solve them.
