    Ordered on the 15th in the evening and it is already shown as "Completed", but the DPD tracking number only says: "Shipment data transmitted"
    Does that mean my One hasn't been given DPD for shipment, or is DPD unreliable with their online tracking system?

    Sounds like its on its way to DPD but has not yet been scanned into their system. I think you will have this either today (if picked express) or tomorrow.

    I ordered on evening of 15th with Express delivery in UK but it's still marked as processing.

    I contacted support to ask when the order would ship and got a dismissive generic post that just said I'll get an email when it ships and that it's shouldn't be more than 3 days for processing.

    I replied pointing the order had already been in processing status for 4 days and that orders placed after mine had already shipped and asking for real information on my order - so far CS haven't responded.

    I went for express in the UK (Ordered evening of the 14th) and surprise surprise....
    Still Processing.
    I already have all accessories I order AFTER the phone (a day or so later, and they arrived Friday)

    Disappointing....

    • Ordered July 15th 18:00 GMT+1
    • Processing on the 17th
    • Complete July 18th 14:00
    DHL tracking as of today :

    this is one of the issues with a new company, waiting for the delivery. With Vodafone I call them and the next day my new phones arrives. Same as having a shop can walk in and pickup your new device the same day.
    Hurry up with the "processing" OPO I want me new phone!!!!!!

    This just makes NO sense... How can yours be Complete o France even though you ordered a day later...
    Bugger... cuz I am bothered.. had my phone nicked on holiday and I have some old shit phone with no contacts or apps or anything :(

    According to the FAQ, Express should take 3-7 calendar days, I ordered on the 15th which means I should get it today or tomorrow otherwise I can complain and at least get my money back for paying for express.
