puccellino , Jan 13, 2022 : Your data is low or not connecting whilst on call. Try clearing the cache in your phone app, and phone, see if that helps.

puccellino , Jan 19, 2022 : Have you had your SIM card checked out. Try putting another SIM card in your phone, see if you get the same problem, and try putting this SIM card into a different phone. Good luck.
