Network/Connectivity Exclamation mark on my 4G

    i have seen many people have similiar issue, but havent found a solution anywhere yet, so i am posting new thread :/
    So lets go step by step:
    1. when i am on WIFI everything is ok
    2. If i am on 4G, there is exclamation mark
    3. when on 4G i can go to FB, call, SMS
    4. but i canot use app store, google, firefox.. like there is no connection

    At first i thought it is some "TRUMP" shit blocking OnePlus from google XD but i have no idea.. i didnt change anything on phone, reset it few times, but connection is not back.
    Will call my mobile provider but i doubt there is an issue ontheir end.

    Anyone had same issue and solved it? Also yesterday i got newest OP 6 update and problem persists.

    This only means there's trouble getting data through cell network. Maybe you only receive 2G, so reception icon is full, but no 3G/4G, hence the !

    the exclamation mark means that you've limited connectivity.

    first things first, make sure your mobile data is on.
    if you're on roaming, make sure you've granted access to internet.
    next, go to settings - wifi & internet - sim & network.
    click on the active sim
    go to access point names and reset to default.

    I do faced this problem. There is no solution now. I had to put my sim card into my old device and turn it on as portable hotspot. So that I can have more stable mobile data. I read from a forum, Oneplus not going to fix it. It kind a force cust to buy their new product.
