[Explanation] Why the OP3/3T Camera isn't great.

Price for replacement prices also depend on the availability of them. And the Samsung's sensor is newer and made by them so it's one reason why its more expensive. OP3 uses a sensor from November 2015.

I agree with you on almost everything. what I don't agree is on the pricing of builds. what if build cost is half of Apple. 150 is half the cost of the iPhone build and retail is half to so they both have the same mark ups maybe

OnePlus, and other OEMs, can only dream of making an apple like markup, HTC where claiming to make a loss, surely on paper only, on each handset sold on M9.

Chill bro some people enjoy upgrading once every year (including myself) and because of how reasonably priced op's phones are it actually isn't too expensive to do so.

op3 câmera is amazing in my opinion, and good to know the replacement parts of OnePlus are cheap, ONE more PLUS for OnePlus

Personally, I absolutely love the OP3 camera over the S7. It could be an issue of WB and color processing, but I personally tend to think the results are better on the OP.

Someone got mad thinking that they could have the world best camera if OnePlus had only spent another $20. Then they would have the perfect phone.

And then the next guy want a SIM card, another guy wants water resistance, and then someone throws in a higher res screen cause its not much more, and this guy wants an IR blaster… and now I cant afford a phone anymore!

Nice spot. I very much doubt it will be limited just to that there will be other components where they have skimped.
This is how you make money and is to be expected at the price, though some people fail to realize the obvious.

Nicely put, though the op is correct the usage of a better module would not have costed them a arm or a leg.

As for the others if you want the best you have to pay for it, A OP only offers barebones and performance and even that comes at the cost of stability.
